Introduction

Set out below are the terms on which the Aesthetic Skin Centre provides service to its clients.  Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.

General Information

• All clients are required to provide contact details, including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
• All clients will need to complete a medical history form at their first appointment.  This is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
• All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.  Patient information will not be shared with third parties without your written permission.
• You must be aged 18 years of age, to receive injectable treatments.
• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

Consultations & Deposits

• Consultation Fee is £50.00 which will be redeemable against a treatment or product.
• Consultations are generally 30min.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations need to be made within 24 hours otherwise full price fee will apply.

Refunds

• Purchases of any treatments or treatment courses are Non-Refundable in any circumstances, however, can be transferred to an alternative treatment.  Purchases of any products are non-refundable.
• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
