Set out below are the terms on which Aesthetic Skin Centre provides to their clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatments.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you give us least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person. Any deposits paid for treatments will be lost if 48-hour notice is not given.
No Shows
You will be alerted with a text message 24 hours prior confirming your appointment. In the event you do not show up to your appointment, we will attempt to get in touch to reschedule the appointment. If you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the clinic, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
Treatment Reviews
The nurse prescriber will advise you of the amount of wrinkle relaxing and/or filler being administered on the day of your appointment. A review for Muscle Freezing should be booked from day 14 up until day 28 and a review for Fillers to be booked from day 10 up until day 14 from the date of the initial treatment.
Gift Vouchers
No refunds will be given for gift voucher purchases. Gift vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. These are redeemable only against services and products. If change is required, this will be given in the form of a credit on your account at the clinic to be redeemed on your next visit.
Treatment Courses
All treatment courses must be performed within 12 months from the date of purchase. Treatment courses are non-refundable. Should you wish to no longer continue with the course, we will calculate the outstanding amount which will then be credited to your account in the clinic and can be redeemed for another service.
Children, Plus Ones & Dogs
Any patient who requires treatment and brings a child with them must also be accompanied by another adult to chaperon the child whilst the patient is being treated. If you require a chaperon to accompany you to your appointment, please let our front of house team know. We are a small clinic with limited space for our patients to relax so, if you anticipate someone accompanying you to the clinic, please notify us in advance. Here at the Aesthetic Skin Centre we love dogs, however as we are a medical centre, we are unable to accept any K9 companions to the clinic due to health and safety.
Consultations
In order for us to fully assess that you are suitable for any treatment, and to decide the right treatment for you, it is necessary for all first-time patients to have a consultation with one of our practitioners. Should you decide to proceed with the treatment on the same day, this will normally be possible subject to time needed and consultation. All first-time patients are required to fill in a Medical History form and relevant consent forms for treatment. Medical History forms must be updated yearly by all patients.
Personal Belongings
The ASC Team cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of your personal possessions while on the premises.
Your right to complain
Aesthetic Skin Centre endeavours to treat all patients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. However, if you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at the clinic, you are entitled to raise the issue either in person, by telephone or in writing.
