Ordering products from our online store is a simple process! Here’s how you go about it:
- Once you have found the products you require, simply click the 'add to cart' button. If you have already registered, you will be prompted to log in. If you are a new customer, you will have to register as a shopper on our website. (You will only be required to register all your details once.)
Please note: You are not required to enter any credit card details on the registration page.)
- You may continue shopping and add numerous products to your cart. To view the contents of your cart at any time, click you cart located at the top of the page. Once you are satisfied with the products in your cart, and would like complete the order, click 'Next'.
- You will be directed to the 'checkout page' where you will need to confirm shipping and payment details.
- Once you have confirmed the order, you will receive a copy of the sales order via e-mail. The sales order will contain a unique order number.
- Once the order is placed, you will receive regular status updates via email keeping you updated on the progress of your order. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details.
